About My Everyday PA
Hello. I’m Leanne and the founder of My Everyday PA.
Professionally, I have 20 years of experience as a C-suite executive assistant, I am a qualified CIPD Associate to Level 5 in Human Resources Management and I have gained many years of varied business administration and customer service experience in sectors from private to public, voluntary to creative.
Personally, I’m a mum, a wife, many things to my large blended family and a friend. I love music, honest chats, poetry, being helpful, laughing, food and wine. I HATE olives.
Following a post-maternity ‘company restructure’ and the pandemic, my priorities shifted and I realised the working landscape was changing for so many people and it could change for me too.
So, I decided to use my varied skills, ambitions and experience to create something that would truly make life better for others while doing what I loved. My Everyday PA was born.
I can’t wait to add to my current list of lovely clients, build further business relationships, forge partnerships and share the success I believe we can all achieve together with My Everyday PA.

My Everyday PA: Values and Culture
My Everyday PA wants to make life better for our clients, for our staff and our partnerships. It really is that simple. You all matter to us and it’s not just a line. We want to cultivate relationships with everybody we work with. Relationships built on transparency, honesty, shared goals and mutual success. Good humour is always appreciated too!
We want to build trust and we truly want to listen to provide a bespoke personal assistance and lifestyle concierge service, with a love for local. A service for both the professional navigating the ever-changing home-working environment, to those that need to share the mental load due to the expectation of being all the things, to all the people, all of the time. We use our varied personal and professional experience and our local contacts and partnerships to help level the work-life balance. We all know how important mental wellbeing is to all of us and we want to encourage this by delivering a reliable, approachable, practical local service for everyday life.
We work with our clients to sort, solve or source whatever is needed to give back time. Time to use with family, for hobbies, for projects or just that crucial space to breathe, consider the next steps and work out what exactly IS important.
We can’t wait to support and empower you to achieve whatever it is that floats your boat, as much or as little as you need!
